Oregon land to trade in Kingsley Field, Oregon For Sale

Trade my land?...
I have 2.3 acres of land in Sprague River Oregon that I would like to trade. I?m looking for an RV or Pull travel trailer with a slide-out, a newer model VW Bug or a VW Bus.
Power and phone are at the property. A well and septic would have to be put in. The wells in neighboring parcels are about 150' deep. The land is zoned residential. Manufactured homes are permitted. This property is located outside of the deer migration zone. Therefore, there are no deer migration restrictions on the land as to where you can build and where you can put up fencing.
The property is 3 miles from the main highway. The 3 miles is a very wide graveled road (Klamath Forest Rd). You will make a right turn on Mountain Quail. The property is about 1/8 mile down on the left. The 1/8 mile to the property is not a maintained road. We had no problems getting to the lot. The road can also be graded.
The item traded must be in good condition, have a clear title and current on registration. The value is $10,000.00.
